3428189 - Missing Communication Arrangement SAP_COM_0543_PLWL

While creating Communication Scenario for Polish List of VAT Payers the Communication Arrangement SAP_COM_0543_PLWL is missing.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Point 11 describes in the SAP Help Portal page Create Communication Scenario for Polish List of VAT Payers that the scenario SAP_COM_0543_PLWL should be selected, but this is not available

1) Scope Item 1J2 is missing

2) Bug in SAP Help Portal page

Resolution of Cause 1)

Check if the Scope Item 1J2 is active in the system.

Configure it with slightly modified steps:

Create Communication System

4. Enter 0543 for the system ID and choose Create.

Create Communication Arrangement

11. Select 
Scenario: SAP_COM_0543
Arrangement: SAP_COM_0543_PLWL
and choose Create.

12. Enter 0543 for the communication system and enter the following path /http/vatnumbervalidationservice.

The system ID can be of any ID (default is 0543) and can be shared (is same) as for the one set for VIES.
