Symptom

Business Partner role BBP005 - Service Performer is not available when creating a Business Partner in the APP  "Manage Business Partner Master Data"

Environment

S/4 HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Manage Business Partner Master Data
  2. Open role & search for role BBP005 
  3. BP Role unavailable

Cause

  • Role BBP005 - Service Performer is unavailable as it is a HR related role
  • Role BBP005 - employee data is entered it is replicated as a Business Partner with corresponding roles

Resolution

The role BBP005 - Service Performer is a HR related role and is only available with integration channel for employee replication where HR context is active
