3428251 - Purchase Order Output - Email template Date formatting

Setting up the email output for the Purchase Order document reveals an issue: the data format (date, time, and decimal notation) doesn't meet expectations and cannot be controlled through the email templates.

This is the correct current system design, the data format still can not be controlled by the mail template for Purchase document output.

It is currently controlled by the setting of the user who sends the email notification.

This date will be displayed based on the default system, that is, from the person system who is sending this email.

Change the date format in Maintain Business Users app.
