3428266 - Story Reports not listing on Report Center

Symptom

Saved Story Reports are not being listed on Report Center.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Resolution

It is necessary to run the below refreshes from Provisioning > Configuration for Story Reports:

  1. Refresh X509 Certificates
  2. Refresh and Regenerate SAC OAuth Configurations

Please note that it can take around two hours to finish the refresh even if the 'Completed' message appear on Provisioning.

In case you don't have access the Provisioning, please contact your Implementation Partner or Product Support.
