3428299 - Blank Screen When Trying to Login in SAP Business ByDesign

You are not able to login in the SAP Business ByDesign system, as the browser only displays a blank screen page. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Access the tenant URL.
2. In the User ID field, insert your User ID.
3. In the Password field, insert your password.
4. Click on Log On button.

You can see that the browser displays a blank page.

The configuration in the browser is causing an issue to display the login page.

We recommend performing a clear in the browser cache for this scenario.

In the Google Chrome browser:

1. Open the Google Chrome browser.
2. Click on three dots button, on the left of the browser.
3. Select History button.
4. Click on Clear browsing data button.
5. Select the cache option.
6. Click on Clear data button.
