You are unable to debug in ABAP Development Tools using Customizing Client and you are getting the error "No authorization to access the resource /sap/bc/adt/xxxx".
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud (3-SL)
Reproducing the Issue
Log into ABAP Development Tools for debugging and try to perform any action.
Cause
Missing authorization.
In Customizing Tenant the Business Role Template SAP_BR_APPL_SUP_ENG_DEV_SUP provides access to debugging. You don't have the Business Role created from this template assigned.
Resolution
Please create a Business Role using the template SAP_BR_APPL_SUP_ENG_DEV_SUP and assign to your user.
