Symptom

- Inability to view existing Source or Supply for Purchase Proposals in Supply planning.
- The source field appears empty when creating a new planning proposal.
- No source of supply is visible when attempting to change the source of supply.
- This behavior persists despite having maintained Active and valid List Prices for the product.
