Reproducing the Issue
once the candidate completed the signature step
it is triggering to HR for review and after the review it is going to All Document Submitted stage.
We would like to exclude the manual intervention from HR Side.

As per the current system once the candidate completed the signature step it is triggering to HR for review and after the review it is going to All Document Submitted stage and HR or any responsible will complete all document submitted step so manual intervention from HR Side can not remove in current design.
