When viewing a workflow the field for a custom MDF object is not appearing however, on web app the custom MDF object is visible
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
- SAP SuccessFactors Mobile
Cause
Only fields with values filled will be displayed on the mobile app. If the fields are empty for certain fields then they will not be displayed on the mobile app
Resolution
For the fields to appear on the mobile app they need to be filled in otherwise they will not be visible
