3428667 - AS Java fails to start due to -User with unique name "...." already exists

Server nodes are not starting up.The following errors can be found in logs.

Dev_jstart:

WARNING => Node server0 failed: result 1, exit code 2150.

Dev_server:

ERROR => Java node 'server0' terminated with exit code 2150.

Std_server0.out:
