3428706 - Start Provisioning button for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Production system is greyed out - SAP for Me

• Cannot access provisioning for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Production system
• Start Provisioning button appears grayed out and not clickable

• Message: You can request provisioning this system after the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Test system is provisioned

SAP for Me > Systems & Provisioning > Provisioning

1. Navigate to Systems & Provisioning > Provisioning 
2. Under Systems to be Provisioned, locate the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Production system.
3. Find the Start Provisioning button for this system. You will notice that the button is grayed out.
4. If you hover your mouse over the Start Provisioning button, a message will appear stating "You can request provisioning this system after the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Test system is provisioned"

The successful provisioning of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Test system is a prerequisite before moving forward with the provisioning process for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Production.

Please ensure that the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Test system is successfully provisioned before starting the provisioning for the Production system. 

To begin the provisioning process for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Test system, please follow the steps below: 

1. Go to Systems & Provisioning > Provisioning
2. Under Systems to be Provisioned, locate the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Test system and click on Start Provisioning

Once the Test system has been successfully provisioned and its status changes to "provisioned", the Start Provisioning button for the Production system will become clickable, and you will then be able to proceed with the provisioning of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Production system.
