3428729 - Unable to insert PO items when creating a Lean SES in Manage Service Entry Sheet App - SAP S/4HANA 2022 & 2023

Symptom

  • When creating a Lean SES in Manage Service Entry Sheet App the pop up items is not automatically displayed and the Purchase Order Number keep loading.
  • When upgrading the system to 2023 or 2022, Lean Services app displays error message: "Maintain the service entry sheet items" and does not display the PO item to be added.
