3428778 - BI 4.3 intermittent performance issues noticed during metaminer activity

Symptom

  • Users face performance issues in Launchpad when users try to log in, open reports, and edit reports intermittently.
  • Also, we have noticed that the below error popped up when slowness was noticed.
    Error: “Something went wrong. If the issue persists, log out and log in again.”
  • Trace logs collected from the logging folder when the slowness is observed.
