3428842 - CIDS Datastore set up to Azure Blob via SFTP - connection fails with timeout error

Symptom

  • Attempting to connect to an Azure Blob as a datastore using SFTP "File location" method fails with error:  
    A connection timeout may have occurred.
  • When attempting the connection via FileZilla there are no issues.
