Symptom

  • Fail to download activity logs when these activity logs include logs on Jan 22, 2024 in SAC

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.25.2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log on to SAC
  2. Navigate to Security-Activities
  3. On this Activity Log page, click on the download button on the right upper corner to open the "Download Activities" panel
  4. On "Download Activities" panel, specify a name for this download activity, define the Starting Date and End data and make sure that Jan 22, 2024 is included in this time period
    => Such as just define the Starting Date as "Jan 22, 2024" and End Date as "Jan 22, 2024"
  5. After specifying the date, click on the Download button on this "Download Activities" panel
    => Observe that no CSV file will be generated and downloaded from the browser automatically

Cause

  • This issue is under investigation by development.
