3429034 - Mail Server in IRPA/SBPA fails with the error: "Execution of alert handler <XYZ> failed. Email could not be sent due to an internal server error on the SMTP server"

User has set up the configuration of the mail server. It might be possible to send out a test mail and to receive it.

However the actual triggered alert fails with the error:

"Execution of alert handler <XYZ> failed. Email could not be sent due to an internal server error on the SMTP server"
