3429112 - Job Server crashes after repository database password being changed - SAP Data Services

Symptom

  • Job Server process is crashing / stopping;
  • Web Services Jobs and Data Services Jobs are not running;
  • Error message on server_eventlog file:
    "JobServer:  Segmentation Violation (BODI-850027)";
  • After restoring the backup of the whole server (reverting the password changes), everything is running successfully;
  • Password was updated using Server Manager for Linux or Server Manager for Windows.
