3429320 - Changing the Type of a KUT Field

To change the type of some custom fields from 'multivalue', for example, to a 'list' type.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the respective screen.
2. Start the adaptation mode.
3. Open the field you want to change.
4. There is no option to change the field type.

This is the system behavior.

In this case, it is not possible to change the field type once it is created and is in use.
It is necessary to delete it and create a new field of the required type.
