3429376 - Token is not being generated for google Big Query for old LDAP Users

Symptom

  • Reports with Google big query using OAuth are not generating tokens for any of the old users.
  • Users have LDAP and Enterprise Alias.
  • Issue is after re-adding the existed  users.
  • No issue with newly added users and new users have both Enterprise and LDAP alias.
  • Below error when trying to refresh a web intelligence document based on a universe that uses a BigQuery JDBC connection:

    "Either user has not established Authorization or Authorization previously established got deleted, for the following authorization reference xxx. Please generate a token for 'xxx' authorization reference in BI Launchpad User Settings, under User Account > Authorization Tokens. (FWM 02148)"

  • From Adaptive Processing Server DSL  Bridge logs:

    "Can't find 'refresh_token' field in response for Authorization Ref with name: Server Name"
    "OAuthImpl.generateRefreshToken: Can't find 'refresh_token' field in response for Authorization Ref with name:xxx"
