After CE2402 upgrade, the personalized insights card in inventory management area disappeared from the homepage (See for details on Insight Cards).
The issue might occur for below insights cards (Overview Page Name as table header):

SAP S/4HANA Cloud CE2402

Logon to the system with active Pages & Spaces with a business user who has been assigned a business role that contains one of the following business catalogs:

• SAP_MM_BC_IM_PROCESS_OVP_PC (Materials Management - Warehouse Processing)
• SAP_MM_BC_IM_INVENTORY_OVP_PC (Materials Management - Warehouse Processing)
• SAP_MM_BC_IM_ANALYSIS_OVP_PC (Materials Management - Inventory Analytics Overview). 

The removed insight cards where created without mandatory filter criteria so that layout was not correct and the overall performance of the system suffered, when the insight card was displayed for the first time.

Enter the corresponding overview page listed above, supply the mandatory parameters and press the Go button. On the desired card press Button  and select Add Card to Insights in order to start a guides procedure to define the properties of the new Insight Card (See for details on Insight Cards).
