Currently, the validation rule check is performed in the following conditions:

• data entry from the table
• data publishing (including the publishing after the data action execution)
• data entry from the SAC add-in and Analysis for Office

It is not performed in the following conditions:

• data action execution
• data import job
• data import service API (api/v1/dataimport)
