3429487 - HTML Content not Editable

You have  added a HTML file to the design tab of content, and the design tab section is not editable. You have also added the <div> tag to the original text file but it is still not editable.

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

1. Log into C4C system.
2. Select SALES CAMPAIGN Work Center.
3. Select CONTENT view.
4. Select NEW - EMAIL TEMPLATE from dropdown menu.
5. Populate the NAME, COMMUNICATION CATEGORY, FROM NAME, FROM ADDRESS, and SALES ORGANIZATION fields.
6. Select SAVE & OPEN.
7. Go to the DETAILS tab and select ADD.
8. Now fill in information on the LANGUAGE, SUBJECT and UPLOAD the attached file "Email HTML template.html".
9. Select SAVE.
10. On the DESIGN tab, select the pencil icon to start editing, but Nothing is editable.
11. A Pop Up message should also display "This template does not have any editable sections", but it does not, missing in customers system.
12. Also customer explained they added the Tags needed for the Upload and be editable, but it is not editable.

There is scoping question for enabling the editor which is not selected in the Business Configuration and hence the content is not editable.

3. First implementation 
4. Edit Project Scope 
5. Go to Scoping 
6. Sales Campaign
7. Select Enhanced Sales Campaign Functionalities  & Save
