3429528 - Empty dropdown list of Maintenance Event Type when create Event-Based Maintenance Planning bucket in F3888.

Symptom

When creating Event-Based Maintenance Planning bucket ,there is no option to select Maintenance Event Type after 'Click event' in Manage Maintenance Planning Buckets.
