3429575 - Browser Refresh Closes All Open Tabs Except The Current Tab

Refresh of browser closes all the open Tabs other than the tab on which you are currently working.

Note: This is applicable across all BO's in C4C. Here we will take examples from Administrator and Service Work Centers. 

1. Go to Service Work Center
2. Go to Tickets view
3. Open any n number of Tickets in different tabs  (where n stands for number of Tickets open in different tabs)
4. Now go to Administrator Work Center
5. Go to Service and Social view
6. Refresh your browser

You notice that only the Service and Social view is still active and all other open Ticket tabs are closed.

By design of the C4C system, the screen returns to the page you were last working on when refreshing the browser and closes all other open tabs (regardless of any BO). 

This is the current system expected behavior.
