3429634 - Can Kosovo treated as country or is it part of Serbia in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition?

Country Kosovo is missing in default from the S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environment.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Directive (EC) no. 750/2005 from May 18, 2005, defines the following new country codes in the area of foreign trade statistics as of June 1, 2005, to be used instead of the previous country code 'CS' (094) for Serbia and Montenegro:

• XK (095) Kosovo

• XM (097) Montenegro

• XS (098) Serbia

Steps to add 'Kosovo' to S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environment:

1) a customer case has to be open. 

2) the Expert Configuration Team will enable 'Kosovo' in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.

Please note: The scope is restricted to the capability of creating a Business Partner for the country Kosovo.

After understanding and accepting that not a country, but a Business Partner can be created for the country Kosovo a case has to be opened for the component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV.
