3429681 - [Onboarding] Is Attachment Field Configuration Supported for Configurable New Hire?

Can we view the documents uploaded by the external candidate via New Hire Template in the Onboarding Dashboard under "Onboarding Documents" ?

• This is currently a product limitation.

Permanent Solution:

• An enhancement for the same would be planned for future releases

Workaround:

• To ensure that attachment fields for custom MDF objects are configured on the New Hire Template, the Attachment Field Configuration object needs to be created with the following details:
  Object Type: Custom MDF object
  Attachment Field: Attachment field from the object
  Entity ID: externalCode (corresponds to the User type field in the custom MDF object)
  
  
  
• The documents uploaded via custom objects associated with the hire template can be accessed via the Dashboard Details Action Menu -> New Hire Data Page (the object must be used in the template for the page).
• These attachments are not visible with the other generated documents under "Onboarding Documents"
