3429690 - Email notification is sent to multiple users via workflow when no responsible user is assigned to the quality notification task

The standard rule 00000174 'Standard role for quality notification' is used with the function module QQWF_RESPONSIBLE_FOR_TASK to send workflow notification to the user who is responsible for a notification task.

However, no responsible user is assigned to the notification task (QMSM-PARNR is initial) in transaction QM01 or QM02 an unexpected workflow notification has been sent to multiple users, which can be seen in their inbox as a workflow item (transaction SBWP).
