• Customer imports a Comp Info time slice for ( example: 15.Jan 2023), and afterwards the customer imports the PCR (
• Recurring Pay Component)
• When the customer imports the Comp Info the system will automatically create a PCR time slice on Database. 
• When the customer imports PCR after the Comp Info import, the system "edit" the PCR time slice which was automatically inserted when performing the Compensation Information Import.

Forward Propagation will only take place when it is an "insert" and not an "edit". In customers case the PCR import is an "edit" operation.  Therefore no Forward Propagation will take place. 

Important: When the customer imports only the PCR ( Recurring Pay Component ), then the forward propagation will take place.
