Symptom

HANA JDBC trace show exception:

com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc:<hostname:<port> [Cannot connect to host <hostname:<port> [No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate)], -813.]
[...]

Other types of DB's JDBC traces might show the same output in case of similar scenarios.
