3429882 - Prepare for Day 1 task throws error for Rehire - Onboarding

When the hiring manager tries to complete the 'Prepare for day 1' task the system is raising a message:

Entity ONB2WhatToBringActivity with the given key 'undefined' is not found.

The hiring manager is not under the same target population of the candidate. 

For the system to allow the hiring manager to complete the task, it's required that the hiring manager be included in the same target population as the candidate.
