The document flow not triggering.

The document flow not triggering could have various reason, one of them is the following:

1. Check the document not triggering;
2. Check the following BPE tile error:

HCP Response Content: {"error":{"code":null,"message":"PDF contains an encryption dictionary, please remove it with setAllSecurityToBeRemoved() or set a protection policy with protect()"}}

The error is related to the way the form was created. The form was created using Word Document and then it was converted to PDF.

To resolve the issue, please follow the Implementation Guide below, and create the form in PDF format from the start.
