3429963 - ERROR: "The publication could not be delivered because the publication generation was unsuccessful" when trying to schedule a publication in SAC.

Schedule publication fails with the below two errors:

• The publication failed because the export task could not be completed in time. See Details (Error Code: eSE112).
• The publication could not be delivered because the publication generation was unsuccessful.
