With recent upgrades to the Process inbox and the introduction of the genericembedintodetails mode, users may observe that the Claim button is no longer accessible. Instead, the new mode incorporates built-in Claim and Release functionality within the Process Inbox. A work item is automatically claimed upon selection and released either when another work item is chosen from the master page or when the app is closed.
