3430004 - Is it possible to supplier to participate in Buyer event directly from SAP Business Network Discovery?

Customer is creating a public sector discovery posting RFP on SAP Business Netowrk Discovery and wants to have suppliers bid without needing to approve their organization or that the supplier completes the supplier questionnaire.

Supplier faces warning message below when trying to access the realm to bid before have its organization approved:

• Your requested profile information has been submitted to <Customer Name> and is pending approval. Contact <Customer Name> if you are unsure of their registration policies and procedures. If you want to increase your chance at new business opportunities with other companies, click the Public Profile Completeness link and complete your public profile.

Before this, it receives also a message asking to complete the questionnaire.
