3430012 - Locale mixed up and incorrect price format for a specific country

• The issue at the global level for site locales was mixed up because it was an incorrect price format for the Spanish language and USD currency. The $ symbol was on the right side of the cart rather than on the left side.
  This issue was identified in SAP Commerce Cloud version 2211.05
