3430164 - Error "Account determination group company missing" When Migrating SEPA Mandate for Existing Customer

Symptom

User is facing an issue when uploading Customer template on “migration of customers” activity in Enhance mode and system throws the following error.

Account determination group company XYZ [company name] missing, although this group info has been informed in the template. 

(Here XYZ refers to Company Name)

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Access the Overview work center view.
  3. Locate and open fine-tuning activity Migration of Customer Contracts.
  4. Choose the link "Migrate customer contracts using the migration tool."
  5. In the next screen, select the relevant migration file.
  6. Choose Execute Migration, then select Execute Migration Step by Step.
  7. On step 1, Validate File, error occurs.

Account determination group company XYZ [company name] missing, although this group info has been maintained in the template.

Cause

Payment Data sheet of the migration template needs to be filled for the migration of SEPA Mandates for existing accounts

Resolution

User needs to fill the Payment Data sheet of the template for the migration as well.
