3430388 - Issues When Rescheduling an Interview After a Slot Has Been Booked - Recruiting Management

Organizer setup one Interview with more than one Interviewer, more than one Interviewee (candidate), selecting more than one slot for schedule.

Once one of the Interviewees (candidate) confirms one interview slot through the Career Site and with, the interview will reflect the correct date and time in Interview Central for the Interviewers and for the Interviewee that already selected the interview.

Issue 1: Interview slots not reflecting correct timezone after adding a new slot.

Now, the Organizer opens the interview from Interview Scheduling and adds one more slot, and save it. During this action, the interview slot for the booked Interviewees gets updated in the database according to the date and time from the newly added slot in the same interview.

As a result, all booked slots are reflecting the newly added slot date and time, for both Interviewers in Interview Central and for the booked Interviewees in Career Site.

Issue 2: Interview ratings disappeared when the existing interview is updated (if any slot is booked) with any of these:

• Adding/updating interviewers (removing old and adding new or adding new)
• Adding/updating slots (date and time is changed)
