3430432 - Unable to find a specific association target when creating an 'Association to Business Object' field in a Custom Business Object App - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

When creating a field of type 'Association to Business Object' for a Custom Business Object the available association targets are very limited for standard views.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The available association targets are standard business objects which have been specifically exposed and registered by SAP application teams and those Custom Business Objects which have the option selected to allow association. Currently there are only very limited standard SAP objects available for association. 

For standard SAP objects, the registration must be done by the application teams. For standard 'Business Object' to be available, implementation request needs to be raised as per 2963059 - How to Submit Feature Requests for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition - SAP for Me
