3430432 - Unable to find a specific association target when creating an Association to Business Object field in a Custom Business Object - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

When creating a field of type Association to Business Object for a Custom Business Object the available association targets are very limited for Standard SAP Views.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The available association targets are standard business objects which have been specifically exposed and registered by SAP application teams and those Custom Business Objects which have the option selected to allow association. Currently there are only very limited standard SAP objects available for association. 

For standard SAP objects, the registration must be done by the application teams. If you want a Standard Business Object to be available you may file an implementation request following the SAP Note 1515837 - How To: Enhancement Request Process using the Customer Influence and Adopt site.
