3430474 - BADI_SD_SLS_EMAIL executes even though communication type is "LET"

Symptom

If the Communication type is "LET" (Post - letter) the BADI "BADI_SD_SLS_EMAIL" is still invoked. 

As there is no receiver for this communication strategy in this case, the email cannot be sent and so the information message "SO023 Document <&> could not be sent" is captured in the output log.
