3430487 - External User import is currently not supported - Onboarding

When trying to do a Basic Import for Onboarding user, the Monitor Jobs returns the following error:

External User import is currently not supported. The following users were not imported:" ... "

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

This is Expected behavior. 

This error typically arises when the system identifies that these employees have the 'valid' status set to 'e' in the Table_USERS_SYSINFO

This status means that the employees are still considered candidates, and the import does not support candidates.
