What are the size restrictions for the Program Photo upload in Spot Award Programs

Reproducing the Issue

  1. go to Admin Center > Compensation > Reward and Recognition
  2. select Manage Spot Award Programs
  3. select your spot award program
  4. under Settings, scroll down to Program Photo
  5. Click the Upload button

Resolution

There is a hard limit of 300 kilobytes for images. The system will limit the maximum dimensions to around 1917 x 747 pixels
