3430518 - Set Goals for Internal Hires - Onboarding

• The goals task is not working for Internal Hires, but working perfectly for external hires.

In the current onboarding feature, goal transfer/integration is not supported for Internal Hires.

Goal integration for Internal hires is not supported. Goal integration from ONB to Goals works based on the Conversion job. On Day 1 conversion job initiates the goal transfer once the user is converted from external to internal.
But for internal hires (crossboarding) there is no conversion needed so no goal transfer happens. Please have the customer create goals directly on the Goal Management module as the person is already a regular employee.
