3430573 - Pack Outbound Deliveries APP fail to read customer fields if input is Bin or HU - S/4HANA Cloud

The Pack Outbound Deliveries APP will not display the customer name (ship-to party) if a warehouse operative inputs a storage bin or handling unit (HU) in the reference number field.

There is a known coding issue that prevents the system from reading the customer name when the input reference number corresponds to a storage bin or handling unit (HU).

The correction for this issue has been included in the Hotfix Collection 3, which will be deployed on the production and development system before Feb 19th, 2024.
