3430590 - Forward To Requisition - Candidates should be forwarded to New Application status but stay in Forwarded status - Recruitment Management

When selecting "New Application" to forward a candidate to a job requisition, the candidate is in "Forwarded" status.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting > Candidates.
2. Search candidates and open the candidate profile.
3. Click 'Forward To Requisition'.
4. Search job requisitions and select the job requisition.
5. Select New application status and click Forward to Selected.
6. It shows "Candidates successfully forwarded".
7. Go to the job requisition and check the status of the forwarded candidate.
8. The candidate is in Forwarded status, not in New Application status.

The user's operator role on the job requisition has no permission to view candidates under Forwarded status.

When forwarding candidates to the New Application status, the system moves candidates to the Forwarded status first and then moves them from Forwarded to New Application.

If users cannot view candidates in the Forwarded status, they will not be able to add candidates to the New Application status. 

Grant "Visible To" permission to the user's operator role for Forwarded status. Please refer to the following steps:

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Edit Applicant Status Configuration.
2. Select the corresponding status set.
3. Select Forwarded status to modify.
4. Scroll down to "Visible To" section.
5. Select the checkbox of the operator role.
