3430643 - Employee count mismatch in org chart

• In Org Chat the employee count number displayed for top level hierarchy is not matching with active users in UDF. 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite 2311

1. Login to instance
2. Navigate to Org chat from Module picker
3. Search Top level hierarchy user
4. The employee count number displayed is not matching with active users in UDF. 

Employee count mismatch is seen in Org chat when compared with active users in UDF is due to Manager cycle which has NO_MANAGER

Any user's Manager filed maintained with NO_MANAGER or all the users under Manager Cycle which has NO_MANAGER will not be displayed in org chat head count. 

Example :

If "User A" manager is "User B" and "User B" manager is "NO_MANAGER"
Then User A and User B will not be displayed in employee count of top level hierarchy user.
