3430666 - Asset interval got deleted when using BAPI_FIXEDASSET_CHANGE to update useful life

Symptom

When using BAPI_FIXEDASSET_CHANGE to update useful life for existing Assets, assets existing interval got deleted.

For example:

Now you use BAPI_FIXEDASSET_CHANGE to update asset useful life to 4 years, FROM_DATE=01.01.2024, ULIFE_YRS=004.

Asset interval (valid from 01.01.2024) got removed, only interval 01.01.1990 remains.
