3430674 - Incomplete Address In JSON File For E-Invoicing India.

The Ship-To/Buyer address is incomplete in the JSON file even though you have maintained the complete address in the Ship-to Master data

SAP Business Bydesign

1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center
2. Select the Invoice Documents view
3. Search for the Invoice ID XXX(XXX is the ID of the Invoice)
4. Click Edit and check the address of the Ship-to party or Account 
5. You can see the address as below:

   Test Ship-To Party
   XX, Sample Street
   Bangalore-Bangalore Urban 560064
   India

6. Now, Navigate to the Attachments subtab.
7. Download the file e-invoice-JSON file.
8. When you check the Ship-to Address or Buyer address, it is Incomplete. Since you have maintained the address in the system, you expect the complete address in JSON, however the address is Incomplete.

Note: The above address is only sample address used to describe the issue.

You have maintained the value XX, Sample Street in field 'Address Line 1' instead of field 'House No/Street' in the main address. 

Kindly modify the Ship-to master data by maintaining the value in field 'House No/Street' instead of field 'Address Line 1' in the main address. This will help in modifying the Formatted Address Description and hence the value in the JSON file.
