3431077 - The Termination Date in the Report "Complete Employee Overview: Key date" is different with that shown in the Personnel File

In the report "Complete Employee Overview: Key date", the termination date is shown as DD1/MM1/YYYY1 while in the corresponding employee's personnel file, it is shown as DD2/MM2/YYYY2.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Report view.
3. Search and open report "Complete Employee Overview: Key date".
4. Set key date as DD/MM/YYYY.
5. The termination date of employee AAA (AAA represents the employee ID of the employee.) is shown as DD1/MM1/YYYY1.
6. Go to Personnel File of employee AAA, the termination date is shown as DD2/MM2/YYYY2.

Employee AAA has been terminated on DD1/MM1/YYYY1 and rehired later. And the key date DD/MM/YYYY set in the report is before DD1/MM1/YYYY1.

The Report "Complete Employee Overview: Key date" will show the employment on the key date DD/MM/YYYY. If one employee has been terminated and rehired, there will be two employments. If DD/MM/YYYY is a date within the first employment, the report will show the previous termination date. In this case, change the key date to a date within the current employment, the termination date will be the same as shown in the personnel file.
