3431323 - Why the service line items are not reflected in the spreadsheet when using the Download as a spreadsheet functionality in a Guided Sourcing event?

When user add a service line item in the Item that needs quotes section of the Guided Sourcing event and try to export the spread sheet using Download as a spreadsheet option, the service line items are not getting reflected in the exported file, but if there is a material line item in the list of items this is reflected in the downloaded spreadsheet.
(Note: But if we are trying to use SAP Ariba Standard Format to download the spreadsheet it is working as expected, both Service & Material line item appears)
