3431324 - Server Intelligence Agent fails to start Central Management Server automatically after server reboot

Symptom

  • Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) fails to start Central Management Server automatically after server reboot, have to start CMS manually later every time.
  • In Application Event Viewer, could see below error occurs after server reboot: Server Intelligence Agent: server <hostname>.CentralManagementServer is considered failed because it has stopped 5 time(s) within 60 minute(s). Please restart this server.

  • Not able to login in CMC and BILP after server reboot getting below error:

    Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS ''HOSTNAME:6400". Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)
